Sleep in – Yes. I said it

Set up regular meal times throughout the day

Use these online resources in moderation and link it to your child’s learning.

All you child will need is:

Time to read

Time to write

Time to do number work

Time to think and most importantly, time to PLAY.

That’s it.

Limit homework if children have made a good effort to focus during the day.

Keep them calm and busy with crafts, board games.

Encourage children to participate in errands and set up a rota for them to become a part of being at home during the day.

They will feel important and you will feel calm.
